THE UN DAY IS COMING UP on Thursday, October 25!!

17 countries will be represented:  Honduras, USA, Cyprus, Venezuela, Spain, Costa Rica, Taiwan, Canada, England, Ireland, Zambia, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Republic of Georgia, Ecuador and Colombia. Each country will have a table where they will share games, food samples, and tons of fascinating facts!!.  If your country is not listed here and you would like to participate please contact Yesica Antúnez at her email address antunez_y@yahoo.com. 

What else is going to be happening during our UN Celebration this coming Thursday?

•  Voces Universitarias de Honduras and the singer Luis Bustillo will entertain us with their amazing voices and instruments!! And, of course, the Discovery School Choir will also  perform with some of their famous songs.
• The folkloric dancers from the Universidad Pedagogica will also be joining us to celebrate such a special day for the Discovery Community.
• We will have a fashion show of traditional customs from different countries around the world.  If you happen to have one from your travels please write Yesica to be part of this amazing event!!!!

If you are a table coordinator, please start setting up at 7:45.  You will be provided with 2 tables and two chairs.  The event will end at 12 with music presentations and the fashion show.
