Congratulations on the Songfest and the Empty Bowls project!

Thanks to all who came out to see the Songfest performances! The tacos were great, and DPTO made over US$ 550 at the event! Special thanks to Elizabeth Morrison for organizing the DPTO food and drink sales. And many thanks to the parents who purchased their child's bowl to raise money for meals for disadvantaged children in Nueva Suyapa. Miss Hurley reports that we raised L. 5,700 so far, which will be passed to Jovenes en Accion! Please contact the Art Teacher if you would still like to purchase a bowl!
